1. COVID-19 CONCERNS-ARE YOU STILL FUFLFILLING ORDERS AT THIS TIME?

A: Yes, we are! We are taking every safety precaution measure to ensure our customers are receiving quality products, packaging is secure, and orders are shipped in a timely manner.


2. I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

A: Here’s how it works: Our business hours are Tues.- Sat from 9am-4pm. If you place an order before 1PM EST it will be processed same day, if it’s after this time it will be processed the next business day, so all orders typically ship in 1-2 Business days. Then which ever method of shipping you chose through our USPS Carrier will determine the arrival timeframe. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

3. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

All sales are final and cannot be canceled once placed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary concerns and reasons.

Unfortunately, due to nature of our products and Covid-19 issues and concerns we are unable to offer returns. All sales are final. The Royal Collection reserves the right to refuse any returns at anytime.

We only offer refunds by store credit; We do not refund money under any circumstances and shipping fees are Non-Refundable).

If the customer receives a damaged product due to (manufacturing issues), we will take full responsibility for the product once we receive evidence to support the customers claim and the item has been shipped back to us. (we are not responsible for shipping charges incurred for the return.
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


4. WHEN ARE PREORDERS SHIPPED?

A: Please be advised when an item is listed as a “Pre-Order”, this means that your entire order will be shipped on the date the item arrives to our shipping facility.

5. CAN I CHANGE A ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

A: No we do not accept changes to orders once they have been placed. But if the shipping address is incorrect please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it.

6. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: No. we currently only ship to the US only. We are working on bringing The Royal Collection everywhere around the world. Tag us @royalcollectionbyasia on Instagram to let us know where you live!

7. MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVENT RECEIVED IT?

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned in by USPS, they are now responsible for your package. If a package is LOST/DAMAGED due to USPS’S Negligence you will need to file a claim via their website.
